Sunday School

Adult Faith Formation — The center of Saint Luke’s Sunday school is the adult Bible Class that meets each Sunday at 9:00 am.  The goal is to gain understanding of God’s amazing grace through faithful Bible Study.  Led by Pastor Henry, the goal is to gain understanding of God’s amazing grace through faithful Bible Study. The forty five minute session is an interactive discussion with weekly study guides available.

Children’s Sunday School – The children and youth of the church attend their own Faith Formation classes during the worship service with an established and recognized curriculum.  The children take part in the 10:00 am worship service in the Sanctuary and go to Sunday School after the Children’s Sermon. They rejoin their families for Holy Communion and the remainder of the service.

Confirmation

Confirmation studies are designed for young Christians who have finished the fifth grade.  The thirty month course prepares young people for active church membership, but is designed to help develop relationships with Jesus Christ and understanding God’s will in a complex world of choices.  Most of the course is electronic distance learning.
