Sunday School
Adult Faith Formation —meets every Sunday at 9:00 am. The goal is to gain understanding of God’s amazing grace through faithful Bible Study. The forty five minute session is an interactive discussion with weekly study guides available.
Children’s Sunday School -is attended by the youth of the church during the worship service with an established and recognized curriculum. A goal of each class is to tie the sermon into their lesson and bring the church service to the children’s level of understanding. The children take part in the first part of the worship service in the Sanctuary and go to Sunday School after the Children’s Sermon. They rejoin their families for Holy Communion and the remainder of the service.
Bibles & Bagels is a study group of St. Luke Ladies that meet the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the Month. Various parts of the bible are studied with the goal being to learn and laugh- not necessarily in that order. Refreshments are served and they’re not always bagels! All ladies are welcome.
The Listening Group –Going Deeper in Prayer is a gathering of people who are seeking a deeper relationship with God by practicing the art of listening to one another and listening to God. This group also seeks to foster an awareness of different prayer disciplines. It is a small group and an open group. Any “seeker” is welcome! The group meets on Tuesday mornings in the Fellowship Hall.
