Holy Week At St. Luke

Good Friday Service, the Veneration of the Cross, April 19th

  • A continuation of what began Maundy Thursday.
  • The service is at 7P.M. Time is given for silent prayer during the service.

Easter Sunday,The Festival Celebration of The Resurrection of Our Lord, April 21st

  • Easter Breakfast will be served from 8 A.M. in the Fellowship Hall
  • Adult Faith Formation follows at 9 A.M.
  • The service with Holy Communion will be held at 10 A.M

Worship Schedule

Sanctuary services take place every Sunday at 10:00A.M. Special music before the service begins at 9:45 A.M.

All are welcome. No one will be turned away.

Masks are optional for those that have been fully vaccinated for the COVID-19 virus.

Midweek Morning Prayers

Wednesdays
at 10 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall with coffee and cookies

An informal service that reviews the Gospel text for the following Sunday and concludes with prayer.

Special Announcements

Crop Hunger Walk Nov. 2nd at 1PM

Social Ministries Committee members will be walking to end hunger. You are invited to walk or donate.

The walk takes place at Mulberry Park in Shallotte at 1PM. Choose a 1 mile or 5K walk.

Gertrud “Trudy” Freeman Celebration of Life Oct. 30th

A Celebration of Life service for Gertrud “Trudy” Freeman will be held at 3 P.M. in the church sanctuary on Thursday, Oct. 30th. The service can be viewed by going to Worship Services at the top of this page. Then click on the red arrow.
